Rajiv Khushalani is an Architect, Urban Designer and the founder of Khushalani Associates. He is an alumni of KRVIA, Mumbai and the Architectural Association (AA School of Architecture) London.

Before establishing his own practice in 2010 he has worked in prestigious offices like Kapadia Associates, Mumbai, BLDA and Rafael Vinoly Architects, London. Rajiv is frequently invited as a visiting juror in Architecture schools across Mumbai.

In the first year of its inception, Khushalani Associates became the only Indian firm to have featured in the prestigious EVOLO Skyscrapers Competition for its project ‘Poro-City’.
The firm’s portfolio includes a range of projects in diverse disciplines –Mass Housing, Villas and Bungalows, Interiors for High-end Residential Corporate spaces and Hospitality –spread across India, The Middle East and Africa.

Along with sensitivity for the occupied environment of the built, sensitivity towards the occupants of the built also forms a major part in the decision making process. The biggest testimony to the fact is our lasting relationship with a large number of repeat clients.
